Dispatch time
If a product is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 3 business days. Made-to-order, custom and B2B orders may take longer; timing will be confirmed when the order is accepted.
Delivery time (from dispatch)
- Melbourne metro: 1–2 business days
- VIC regional & other capitals: 2–4 business days
- Regional interstate & remote: 4–10 business days
Carriers
We use Australia Post, StarTrack or selected freight carriers depending on the order. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email will@satellitemount.com.au with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll assess the issue and respond with next steps.
